erasmic shaving soap

To be honest I never tried it. I believe some people have had the same issue with lathering as well.
I think most people have issue lathering the shaving stick form of Erasmic. It's undergone quite a few different formulations recently, with some of them being fully unusable.
I started using a puck of the Erasmic Shaving Soap today (comes in a plastic bowl, not a stick) and got a good quality lather from it quite easily. It's not a stellar shaving soap by any means, but it is certainly way more than adequate. I'll use it for the next 20 days or so, until it is used up.
It's smooshed on top of a the remains of a puck of Walter's shaving soap (faux vintage williams from Prairie Creations), which is smooshed on top of the remains of some VDH. I could have some quite interesting shaving once I reach the bottom of the mug!! lol.

The Erasmic glycerin soap (in a bowl) has been excellent for me, among my 20+ soaps: inexpensive, nice scent, provides an easy to make, rich/slick lather, and moisturizes well. I consider it to be a much underrated soap. I've read that the glycerin stick equivalent (black case) is good for many shavers, too. The other versions of the stick have been lousy since the original stick was reformulated.
I'm a huge fan of the cream--nice old school smell and a great lather.
I love the scent of Erasmic stick and the old formula cream.

The veggie stick I have experience with is the worst lathering product I have tried, bar none.

i have tried all three and thought they would be the same, the stick i was not a fan of, the cream was not bad, but the soap in the plastic bowl was the best of the three, i have heard the stick used to be very good but they changed the way its made for some reason, it was the newer version i tried and did not like it.
I like the soap myself, the cream is my go-to though. That stuff is awesome, especially when you consider the price. I have the stick as well although I've yet to try it. I'm absolutely an Erasmic fan.
