I was on ebay the other day looking for some nicer estate pipes to put in my weekly rotation. I baught 3 for 25$. I'm not sure if this was a find or a bust.
two of them have the piston in the stem the other is just plain w/out a filter. One of them is idetified as an imported brier where the other one is a leather wrapped one (the reason I bid just thought it was cool.) I will post pics as soon as I clean them up a bit. I don't think any of them were a majical score but none the less good beaters. They look to be in decent shape just need some tlc to clean them well not a whole lot of cake in any of them so that should be an easier task. the bits little to non teethmarks but they look like they have beenrestored before as the ends are pretty well flatened.
Can you just buy new bits or is there some proper way of fitting them for one? Anyway thanks for reading.
