Duty on vintage razors from U.S. to Canada

I just got a vintage gillette super adjustable off of ebay. The item is being shipped from the U.S. and I'm in Canada. Will I need to pay duties on it when it arrives?

I've been dinged 3 times so far. It depends on a number of things: was it marked gift or mechandise, value, border guards mood that day, etc.

Jeez, I thought that the whole point of NAFTA is that there wouldn't be any tariffs between Canada, the US and Mexico. What am I missing here?

I've read some stuff online about paying a certain percentage for razors, but it didnt say if that was for only brand new ones. It seems silly that they can charge for a used item to be mailed across the boarder. One 50-100 year old razor could make multiple exchanges across the boarder, collecting taxes every time! Doesnt seem right. I don't know if the fact that it is used and very old will affect the outcome.

I have never been charged any duties or taxes for the razors coming into Canada from any country (USA, UK, Europe etc)

I have never had to pay any tax on shaving supplies from the US - including vendors, members, and Ebay sales. Tobacco I find has about a 50/50 chance of being taxed from my experience. I think if it is under $70 or so dollars, it should be fine. Even so, if you do get taxed, it isn't much for something like shaving supplies.
