+1 Manufacturers in their "delicate" products try to avoid using ingredients, fragrances or additives that are known to cause issues like redness or itchy feeling on some sensitive skins.

Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee any given product will not cause any reaction with 100% of the population.

+111 to what he said. Personally,I have some serious allergies and things like strong perfume fragrances,lanolin and Menthol drive my skin crazy and give me an intense headache !
