So I went to change the cartridge on my Col Conk Atra razor and the thing snapped it half! Kicker is I've used it less than 10 times since I purchased it at the end of March. Emailed them to see what kinda of warranty they have.

From what I've seen outside of their soaps, Conk products are typically lower end quality...

Wow. That is really stupid on their part, IMO. Did you buy it directly from them or through a distributor? Maybe the distributor can help you out.

Bought if from GBS Barbershop and Spa Supplies. Usually most people tell you to go to manufacturer after 30 days so I didn't contact them. It's worth a shot I guess.

I bought their stand from amazon and prompty returned it due to bad craftsmanship. This thread now confirms that they only make junk. Good to know! Will avoid from now on.
