House of Delmage was is in Tampa Fla. I use to smoke Tampa cigars when I went to Univ. of Tampa years ago and Delmage cigars when I was stationed in Germany. Tampa has a Cuban quarter and (at one time at least) you could get decent hand-made cigars in Tampa.
Does anyone smoke Delmage Cigars?
