Diamond Hones

Been looking around for sharpening stones. Only found them at the restaurant store. But I stumbled on a Diamond hone by edgecraft. How we'll do these work for razor hones?

DMT diamond hones work quite well in the more coarse grits. They are commonly used primarily for bevel setting and other major repairs.
The bulk of the sharpening is done on 4000-12000 grit hones, and many will finish up on even higher grits, while some will move to pasted strops that are roughly 20-30k in grit.
