We lot here don't trust what we don't know, with good reason.
A good razor from a reputable maker, without the bling as above, will cost you three times as much, because they can't make it cheaper.
A poorly made razor for a third of the price, like a Gold Dollar can be trusted for what it is - a cheap, ugly looking razor that with a lot of skilled work can be made to shave like a dream.

Looks like a straight, probably a glorified pocket knife that won’t take an edge. AKA a scam. Get a shave ready gold dollar.
