Darwin Razors: I totally get it now.

Today, I was fortunate enough to spend the better part of the day with a good friend having fun. My bud, Rob (AceByTerror) and I went on a shaving safari! We went to a number of antique markets and also an exotic wood supply store. Rob brought along with him his recent acquisition; his beautiful Darwin. Upon opening the immaculate case, I instantly was in awe at the beauty of this thing! So shiny and SOOO uniquely shaped. When I picked it up and felt the cool heft of all that gorgeous cobalt, I took it apart and inspected its quality build and amazing machined head. These things are undoubtedly the nicest DE razor I have ever a chance to see and hold. The handles on these things are exquisite! I don't share the same collecting bug of razors as Rob does, but if I ever have a chance at owning a Darwin, I would in a heartbeat. Stumbling upon it in the wild for 15$ of course!

What a great day, and a great razor. All of the people who have them probably understand exactly what I'm saying. We didn't find too much, but I had excellent time and the wood store was really cool! Although, the Darwin was the cherry on top. Nice one Bud!

A good day for sure. And after you sign an insurance waiver and your first born I might consider loaning you the Darwin for a shave. At my house. Under armed guard protection in a room full of bubble wrap :) LOL
