W.F. Truefitt opened his gentlemen's salon in 1805, and the 1805 has been named after that occasion. T&H received a royal warrant in 1911.
A pomade pot by H.P. Truefitt was found with HMS Titanic artifacts.
Truefitt & Hill is the world's oldest operating barbershop.
