Cologne in plastic vs glass bottle

I am looking at picking up GFT Spanish Leather in the 200ml refill container (plastic) because it is slightly cheaper than the glass bottle and contains twice as much. However I am worried about the cologne weakening faster in the plastic than in the glass. Would it make a difference?

Personally I've never experienced any cologne go bad or "off" even when stored in plastic atomizers for long periods of time.
