This may be old news but did anyone notice that some of the aftershave balms are not posted on their website any longer. I also noticed this on the Bath and Body works that they were listed either.

Perhaps out they are out of stock. Do you guys now something I don't?

I noticed on Friday they didn't have any of the normal Bigelow stuff at Bath and Body Works- it was Black Friday and I thought that maybe they just wanted to sell more women's stuff.

I can't find the Elixir Green ASB on their site. It'd be awful if they didn't sell it anymore!

B&B Brothers & Sisters:

I was in the Citrus Heights, CA (Sacramento County) Bath and Body Works store this afternoon. They had a few tubes of Bigelow Shave Cream and a couple of Bigelow Balms left on their shelves. (Sorry, I didn't look at the splashes or AS). It looked like locusts had swarmed the shelves. Hopefully this was left over from Black Friday and the newly coined Cyber Monday shoppers. The pre/post shave is no longer carried at the 2 bath and body works stores I visited this week. It has not been carried for some time according to the ladies at both stores.

I also hope they are not discontinuing the line. I only have 2 and 1/2 tubes left and I will go through that rather quickly. Perhaps I need to add that to my christmas list and hope like heck that someone can get their hand on some!!!

I have seen this line in several stores in the StL area. The only thing I havent seen is the ASB. I see the cologne and soap no ASB though.

They run out of stock every 3 months or so, then after a couple dozen panicky threads another shipment shows up and everyone relaxes again.

I bought some shave cream at the Valencia, CA Bath and Body Works yesterday. They were giving out $10 off on $30 purchase cards a few weeks ago and the Bigelow SC is buy 2 get one free. So, I bought 3 tubes of SC and got a $10 gift card for the wife: $21 including tax.

BTW they said they stopped carrying the AS balms a while back.

Could be that its buy 2 get 1 free one website and possible in stores too. This would draw down inventories rather quickly if people are picking up 3 at a time. I use the cream most days, but only at about a 1/4 snurdle at a time, at this rate it 3 tubes would be a lifetime supply!

I was told by more than one sales rep at B&BW last spring that they will no longer carry Bigelow's ASB's. They will still carry the shave cream.

The one near me no longer stocks the balms, they just carry the shave cream, cologne, body wash, and shampoo.

Who said anything about panicking. This is how we keep people informed of what happening and trends from the products we all use. Some people know what's happening, like some of the vendors on here, and other people know people that work for some of the companies.

Observe, report and get informed. We all win in IMHO.

My local B&BW only had the small tubes of Bigelow shave cream, but they had a full complement of the Bigelow colognes, body washes, and body sprays...no ASBs though. I haven't seen them locally in ages.

I walked in there last weekend with a fistful of coupons, and in conjunction with their usual ongoing sales, ended up with about $150 worth of product for just over $50! I'm set for the next year or so!
