CO Bigelow Foaming Shave Gel

I have some of the elixir red foaming shave gel. I like to use it on my second pass, because its easy.

Anyway, I think its clogged. I got it in July and have used it sparingly (at least I think I have). There seems to be something in it, when I rattle it around and squeeze it, but barely anything comes out.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Should I assume its over? Dump it in some hot water? Is it clogged?

I think it's the shaving gods warning you to stop using shaving gel. I suggest you heed their warning.

Bury the can, and don't tell anyone where you buried it. Do it now. While there's still time! :)

But....

If you don't, I would just take it back and get a new can. The stuff is probably pretty expensive. They'll probably exchange it.

and....

Here's a stupid question, but why not just use more real shaving cream/soap from your bowl? just wondering.

Here's the thing, I am experimenting and trying to see if I can go with one pass every other day.

I am using TSD samples right now along with their 6 pack of luxury samples.

This week its TSD coffee, I have to use a lot to build a lather and ran out in the first pass. Second pass, I reached for the CO Bigelow Gel.

Its not bad, it does a pretty good job, especially if you are in a hurry. Which I usually am, come the second pass. :)

Something in your lather making process is not quite right if you are running out of lather after just one pass. Most of us can generate enough lather to easily last 3-4 passes. :thumbup1::thumbup1:

not really an issue when i used tobs, truefitt or speick. the mug gets cold by the second pass, and so i decided to try the one pass method and see how that works. i shave in the shower, and a warm lather is so nice.
