Clean Feeling Soap aka Soap Without Moisturizer?

So far in my short DE shaving life, I've used Williams, Proraso green tube cream and VDH Deluxe soap. Both the Proraso and the VDH perform well but leave what to me feels like a very thin oily film on my face. I find the feeling very uncomfortable. Williams on the other hand leaves my face feeling very clean and soft, and with a splash of alcohol based a/s my face feels awesome after a shave. I love Williams' clean scent and while admittedly it's not the most luxurious lather in the universe, it works well for me and is my go to product.

What I'm asking is what other soaps could I try other than Williams that would leave my face feeling clean, not oily or filmy?

Haslinger will be your ringer here, just don't go with the Ewe's milk!

I 3017'ed a puck of Haslinger Coconut. The lather was second to none, and it had that squeaky clean feeling... I decided not to replace it simply because I seek the feeling you're trying to avoid.

I've heard great things on all of their scents except Ewe's milk, which has added moisturizers so you're out of the running for that one anyway.

Strange, I think Williams is the most moisturizing of the group. Maybe try a glycerin based soap.
