What's new

Charles Tyrwhitt

Thank you to the person who recommended this shirt brand. I bought 4 shirts when they were on sale, and I love the fit. Great quality and great cuts! I'm very impressed!

Now to find pants that match the quality =P

Well, I just pulled the trigger on 4 of these shirts. I thought it was funny that it was 4 for 100 pounds, which is about $160, or 3 for $149 if you select dollar for currency. I ordered the first option and I look forward to seeing these shirts.

I used to live outside London, but ironically, have only started wearing tyrwitt since living in Oz.

I ploughed through store bought shirts because of the Oz summer. After 2-3 of them, they're limp and thoroughly beaten up. These look good, aren't expensive, good materials, and last.

My dad used to go back to the UK regularly and always bought Tyrwitt when he realised it was a better shirt for the money. I've got 2, inherited half a dozen or so of his, and I'm getting a couple sent from my sister.

I'm a Tyrwhitt convert, and have also bought suits, jumpers and a coat. I currently have some trousers (pants to some!) on order, so I'll update with the fit when they arrive.

The shoes are reasonably OK, but I now use www.herringshoes.co.uk for shoes.

The suits are excellent, fit and fabric. I bought an extra pair of trousers with each one as I get the impression they will last forever.

I've bought several of their shirts and cuff links and wondered about the quality of their other merchandise, especially overcoats and suits.

I've purchased 8 shirts from them in the past 3 or 4 years. I always wait till they go on sale for 35-40 bucks. Quality is quite nice. I only wish that the slim fit shirts were a little longer.

I love the slim fit as well. You must have an extra long torso. They're perfect for me!

Here is another plus for people in the U.S.: Charles Trywhitt pays all shipping charges for return packages. Each purchase comes with a return label. All you need do is put the label on the the same box and mail USPS. Now I don't any company doing that these days.:thumbup1:

You sure, they don't even do that in the UK, except on suits. You normally get a return address label, but you have to pay postage.

If that;s how it works in the US, great news and well done CT (how about doing it in the UK?).

I am sure! I just returned three shirts this morning. "No postage necessary" was printed on the label and the postal service accepted my package.

I have been admiring Austin's shirts (cuffs, anyway :001_rolle )in the watch thread. So that's what they are!
