Cella, ceramic or plastic

Hi havent used cella for over 10 years ,yes i know portion it and fridge or freezer it, but how should i storage the portion i use in ceramic or plastic

It doesn't make a difference; either would work, just depends on what you have on hand or what you'd want.

The quartered portion of the Vitos block I use I keep in a French onion soup bowl. It has a handle and a lid, and it was cheap. I think I got it at Target.
