Case Real Red Point

Simple question. I have a Case Red Point. I have seen examples where the circle is coloured in red. Mine doesn't look as though there has ever been any red colour in the circle. How did they come from the factory?

I think I may be able to help out on this one here is my case red point, Yes they are red in the circle with red enamel but sadley people polish them with metal polish and they lose the red...
