I purchased a shaving set back in 2006 that consisted of a fake ivory brush & Mach 3 razor but I never paid attention to the brand. Now that I'm into DE, I pulled out that old brush and noticed it's a Muehle but I cannot read the rest of the writing. I cannot determine if it's a badger, board, pure, best, silver? Can you guys help?

Anyone? Just need to know what this brush is because I can tell you that it's a bit itchy if not well hydrated but gets very soft and fans out like crazy when hydrated. I'm hoping it's a badger but then again I have no clue! Thanks.

That looks almost identical to my Edwin jagger in best badger, except mine has briarwood handle. It looks like either pure or best badger to me.

Thanks guys. What do you recommend for a Best badger that is on the smaller size (i.e. smaller bundle)?
