Can you help me identify these razors?

Hello Gents,
I could use some help identifying these razors.
1. I know it is a Gillette adjustable. But there is no other identifiable marking. What year or range of years could this be?

2. Gillette Superspeed Z3. What year?

3. Gillette Travel razor? no markings. Three pieces. Any info would be great?

4. Schick Injector, Amber bakelight handle, pat# 1806087 . Any info?

Razor #1 would be a Gillette Slim Adjustable. It will have a date code under the shave head. The date code is really close to the handle on these.

The Z3 Superspeed is from the 3rd quarter of 1954.

Look under the shave head on the travel razor. It should have all the markings stamped there, and it should have a date code on it, as well.

Sorry I don't know anything about Injectors, but there are a ton of guys on here that can help you out with info on that one.

Slim Adjustable was made between 1961 and 1968. Should have a date code on the bottom of the head, a single letter on one side and a single number on the other. Does that injector have a textured head? It is hard to tell from the photos.

If it does, it is less common than the ones with smooth heads.


All in all, a nice group of razors. The Slim adjustable is my regular DE.

Yeah i was wondering the same thing, its either that or someone went a bit to far cleaning those beauties.

Poor photography on my part.

They are all silver except the injector. The injector looks like brass with a textured head. It looks like random lines in the metal.

I got a few on ebay as "vintage" I just wanted to be sure.

Like I said, the textured head injector is a pretty good score. Plain, non-textured heads are much more common.
