Guys,
I was out yesterday and decided while I had time to kill, to pop into lush and see their shaving stuff, well a very nice girl attended to me, and I asked if they did any soaps, rather than creams and she said no, and they in all likelyhood never would, to which I asked why? She said that soaps were not lubricating enough and were rather bad for the skin as they dry them out far too much..... (News to me..... I thought as long as you chose a decent soap there was no problem, but apparently it's all soaps....).
Anyways she asked if I'd tried their creams and I said yes, but that I really didn't like them, she seemed stunned.... saying that they are popular and quite liked..... I pointed her towards our reviews section and the poor overall write up Lush shaving cream got, I said to her there were a few people who seemed to like it, but quite a few also that didn't.... me included, and I do prefer soaps I admit.... She said she would get her manager to have a look and possibly pass on anything necessary to HO, I said it seemed to be down to prep', but it may also be a few other bits.... so you never know maybe a brushable cream may dawn or even a soap.... I said it's a pity they didn't do more shaving soaps or different creams as I genuinely do like lush products. She did however agree that sometimes the sales staff if new didn't know to tell people how to use it properly.
Anyways,
General opinions? Have people who disliked it at first come to like Lush shaving cream?
TBH, I liked all the other stuff I got, but the cream I couldn't get on with. I do agree the quality is top notch, but it just doesn't do the job and my stubble is hardly "wire".
