Recently I've been enjoying cafe zorro at my local coffee shops. A cafe zorro is just a double shot of espresso with the same amount of hot water added. It has taken a while to educate my barristas, but they caught on quick. Anyone else enjoy their espresso this way?

A lungo is just an espresso extracted with twice as much water (and roughly twice the time to pull). It's the same amount of grounds as a single shot of espresso but twice the water passing through. Many folks mistakenly call it a "double espresso," but that's two single shots of espresso in the same cup.
