C-mon a-3

I was browsing at the local antique shop when I came across this brush and thought it looked kinda neat. The Brush says C-Mon A-3 "for professional use only" "made in Germany" Just wondering if anyone has ever seen one of these before. The handle seems to be made of aluminum and the total length is about 6 inches. Also if anyone knows what they might be worth? Thanks

pics, pics!

could have been one of those long haired brushes to get rid of hair on your neck after a haircut?

Pics look fine, looks like a boar brush. I'd give it a clean and use it, but some folks feel a little icky about used brushes. I usually mix some really hot water and some borax and give it a soak and rinse. That'll get the crap out of it. Then, since it's hair, I usually use shampoo. Works for me, YMMV.

Yeah, I actually thought about giving it a good cleaning and polish and putting it in a display case, The patend date on it is march 17,1925 It came with a aluminum matching brush holder that looks like it would be mounted on the wall. Best part is I picked her up for 10.00
