blade advise

In an attempt to pull myself away from my trusty Wallyworld Personnas, I bought the Deluxe DE Blade Sampler from bullgooseshaving.net. This is what is included:

Crystal Platinum Chrome -10 Pack
Dorco 301 -10 Pack
Super Iridium -10 Pack
Gillette 7 O'Clock SharpEdge -6 Pack
Astra Superior Platinum - 5 Pack
Derby Extra -5 Pack
Feather Hi-Stainless - 5 Pack
Lord Super Stainless - 5 Pack
Shark Super Chrome -5 Pack
Wilkinson Sword Classic - 5 Pack
Zorrik Super Stainless -5 Pack

One thing I know is that this order of 71 blades is likely to last me over a year. What I don't know is where to start. I have read that the Feathers are really sharp, likely I will want to save those until my technique is a bit more honed. Any advise on what blades to start out with on this sampler pack?

As popular as the Derby is, they don't work for me. Too much irritation.

The Dorco ST-301 is a quite forgiving blade, yet sharp enough to get BBS when I go for it. Smooth too.

I'd try the Dorco 301's, Crystals, and Sharks in that order, then try some others when you've formed an opinion on these.

What razror you use can affect things too.

Well, If Feather is sharp and you want to try that later, that would indicate you want to start with dull first.
