Would like to hear from others who have ordered from Bestshave as to their experiences.

I placed an order 09/01, got a confirmation e-mail that it was send out 09/06 and here it is 10/13 and it has yet to arrive.
I tried comtacting Bestshave twice now but have yet to receive a reply.

Good thing it was only $6.35. Live and learn...

Never ordered but these threads pop up occasionally. Consensus is, give it a while, the guy always delivers but sometimes it takes longer than you would think.

They are overseas. Usually to the US, you can expect somewhere between 7-13 business days. Sometimes it will be quicker and sometimes, it could be even longer. From the dates you've said, it hasn't been that long. Just give it time.

Always a good idea to start small/cheap with unknown sites, and always use a service like paypal for protection.

I've ordered several times. Tracking shows the order arriving quickly (3-5 days) into New York and then it sits there quite awhile before finally moving on. I think both of my orders were over a month from order to delivery.

Customs gives some things the once-over. I had both toothpaste and nokia headsets from Germany take 30-45 days to get to my house.

I placed four orders with Bestshave.net between February and June of this year. The average time from ship date to arrival at my house in western Canada has been 12.5 days.

I have ordered multiple times from Bestshave.net and sometimes the delivery is fast, sometimes slow. Email them if you are concerned, they are a reputable vendor.

I've also ordered multiple times from them and never had problems with my orders. Occasionally, it takes up to three weeks transit time to Toronto.

i do almost all of my ordering from bestshave. they take 3-4 weeks at least to get here in massachusetts. just be patient. ive never had anything get lost on the way here. they are my go to for supplies, especially my beloved rapira blades and no:6 horse hair brush!

The brush made it to Massachusetts from Turkey today...7 1/2 weeks later.

Getting the funky smell out of it with a couple palm lathers and vinegar baths before taking it to my face.

Yeah, it takes a long time, sometimes comes in separate shipments, but always arrives.

Several times I've ordered from them, everything has always arrived. As some people have mentioned, it's more than likely a customs thing. Whenever I get stuff from the US or UK it never gets checked, but everything I've had from Turkey has been stopped and opened, then resealed and shipped onto me.
