VintageScent or Shaving.IE will get you the best price if you're willing to wait the three weeks. Otherwise, the stateside vendors are all about the same.
I just bought an SOC from Shaving.IE for a couple of bucks more than the price at VintageScent.
I chose Shaving.IE because I'm not very good at waiting for new stuff to arrive. I read several posts saying that orders from VintageScent can take two weeks or up to a month to be delivered to the US. With Shaving.IE, my new brush had been shipped out by priority airmail within four hours after I placed the order, and I have a tracking number. That's worth the slight difference in price to me.

Shaving.ie usually ship within the same business day. The last two orders got here within a one week. The customs in NY is the bottleneck when it takes longer. Someone decided that Americans should pay $45 for a SOC boar (!) brush, i cant support that as a matter of principle when it costs me less to privately import it.
