In a recent thread a contributor recommended that i mix a little bit of proraso cream with my tabac soap to get a great cool lather,anybody got any other great combinations?

Proraso green shaving soap + Proraso green shaving cream is an excellent combination that gives a GREAT, GREAT, GREAT superlather!!!

I like to use MWF and a good dab of JM Fraser original cream for that uber-lather experience.
I'm a fan of using a squirt of KMF Mint for uberlathery goodness. It works well with the menthol/eucalyptus in Proraso 
I've found that just about any soap/cream combination work great to make a super lather. Try adding a squirt or two of glycerin and make that super lather into a uberlather.

MWF + Blenheim Bouquet = 
AoS sandalwood SS + T+H Rose SC is my go to uberlather. The rose and sandalwood scent is the perfect prelude to some Pen's Opus 1870 balm and EdT.
I just got a tube of Musgo Real and I left my MWF at my parents house last week.

I produced the greatest lather in my shaving history using MWF and TOBS Avacado. Incredibly slick, cushion and abundant lather.
I like to mix in some L'Occitane Cade cream with the soap. Of course, it is not necessary to mix the two, as the soap by itself is incredible, however the cream by itself lathers like dookey.

KMF Lavender and Tabac Soap is pretty good scent wise and excellent shave wise! Although Tabac and KMF are both fine products on their own!
DH likes Cremo and Col Conk- it's really inexpensive awesomeness.
