Best Price for MWF?

I've been pondering about picking up some MWF, preferably with the ceramic bowl. $33 seems to be the cheapest I could find. Anyone know of a place that has it cheaper? I'm a little apprehensive spending that much, considering I could get 30 sticks of ARKO for the same price.

:a50:

One puck of MWF:001_wub: is worth 30 sticks of Arko!

Yes, I use ARKO's as my shaving currency baseline, (i got the 15 sticks for $15 on Amazon) lol. I did order so fat from Connaught, ended up around 28 ARKO's.

Now all shaving soaps shall be priced in terms of Arko sticks. Instead of saying that it cost $15, it shall be said to cost 15 Arkos.

Brings everything into perspective. My puck o fat should last me around 9 years. Otherwise I got hosed. Damnit ARKO, why must you be so good and cheap!!!!!

I know, right? Arko makes it hard to enjoy more expensive soaps. Frequently when I get done shaving with a more expensive soap, I think, "That wasn't much if any better than Arko, and it cost 10-20x as much? What a scam!" I have to continually remind myself that other soaps aren't a scam, Arko is just the deal of the century.

Westcoastshaving.com offers a pretty good price. The ceramic dish is worth the price. High quality, exquisite packaging - great for gift. It really looks nice on the counter and even if you change from MWF, you can always refill it with something else. Or would that make you a 'traitor'? :scared: :biggrin1:

If you are willing to wait a little (usually 7-10 days) and ready to stock up, Wingham Wool Work I found is the cheapest. I bought a ceramic bowl with puck and four refills for a total of approximately $60.
