Wet shaving goes with the early 20th century Batman style.
Can't speak to the golden- or silver-age Batman, but I did come across Superman's method.
And we thought razors were sharp...
Funny it had to be a mirror from his ship...
Then any mirror will do....
Of course there is the old "Only X-rays " will do.

You all remember the Skarp razor on Kickstarter before it was banned. Trying to recreate the superman shave...lol I always like watching the demonstration video how much he was shaking trying not to let the Lazor touch his skin.
That kind of imaginative thinking was why the world of the Superman family of comics (from the "Silver Age" of the '50s and '60s) stays in our memories, even as adults.
The one with Krypto and Supergirl looks like the work of Curt Swan, probably the best of DC's artists in those days. It's said that Christopher Reeve modeled his "swimming through the air" technique on Swan's depictions of Superman, and I can see it.
I would have thought that Superman used a razor with a bit of Red Kryptonite in the alloy.
In the last frame he looks more like Agent Cooper's evil doppelganger in Twin Peaks (2017).
