Bartex vs. Stephans

I have been playing around with 2 brushless creams (Bartex is more of a croap) lately,Bartex from the Netherlands, and Smooth Shave from Stephans (U.S.A.)...The Stephans runs $3.25 a lb. and Bartex about $7 USD for 365 grams, about 13 oz...I shaved my head a few times, and my face a dozen times over the past few months.Different razors and DE ,SE blades for the face, and a 3 blade BIC landfill for the head.Scent wise,I like the Stephans citrus-coconut best, but the light floral scent of the Dutch Bartex is nice as well, and some noses may like it better.Shave wise, for quality of lather, glide, lasting power, skin conditioning, and a finer shave,Stephans wins "hands down"...The Bartex snelscheercreme (translates to "fast shave cream",rather than "brushless") will get the job done, but at half the price ,Stephans is far superior in all aspects.Other members have posted that Bartex is discontinued, however,if you google "snelscheercreme" you will see many online vendors have it in stock...
