Hi Gents: I hope all is well with you and your family. I just received my order from Barrister and Mann. I purchased (2) of the FEROX and (1) of the Lime, Lavendar, & Cedarwood but when I opened the package I was missing (1) FEROX shaving soap.

I just emailed the Barrister & Mann Shaving Soap and I hope that I will get a response from them. I have that they can kindly send me my missing FEROX shave soap.

I am disappointed with the situation but I hope they can "fix" the situation.

Hi Gents: Wow... I got a super, fast response from Barrister and Mann. They apologized for the mistake and stated that they will send out the missing FEROX shaving soap today.

I am very impressed by their customer service. They responded within 15 minutes. To the gents at Barrister and Mann... I thank you for your customer service. I can't wait to try out your shave soap tomorrow. I will say that I already love their customer service and the scents are clean and refreshing and will leave your nose with a big smile.

Always good to hear about good customer service. Can't to hear how it performs. Other people have said it's good stuff.

Sounds like it's going to work out. Glad to hear. At least the one they left out was the one that you ordered two of..... so you have the one to start on while the other puck arrives. Judging by the photo, these appear to be "soft" soaps. I am not too familar with them, although I have heard of them.

Yes, very soft soaps. Probably in the "Croap" category, similar to Cella. The scents are utterly fantastic. Good choice on the Lime, Lavender and Cedarwood!

Will's a nice guy. And with an ivey league education, he found a good soap recipe.

Update: As promised the Barrister and Mann Shaving Soap arrived this afternoon... WOW, that was super fast. Will was very generous in that he not only mailed the missing FEROX but he also included an extra FEROX and Lime, Lavendar, and Cedarwood. Will, I just want to say "many thanks" for your generosity and outstanding customer service.

I will do a mini-review on the Barrister and Mann Shaving Soap (FEROX) later tonight. I took it on a test drive yesterday afternoon and it was all good. I will post up more later tonight.
