I don't know if there are any in your area, but my source is the local Dollar General store. Oddly, the local Family Dollar (my source for Ivory Club OS clone) doesn't carry any of the Barbasol products. Good luck in your search; it's worth hunting for.

Barbasol Pacific Rush is fantastic stuff. Great scent and super cooling. Much more menthol blast than AV with less alcohol burn. Not quit as cooling as Oasage Rub though.

As far as I'm aware its mainly distributed through Dollar General in the CONUS if it comes down to it, I could grab you a bottle and mail it!
