Hey everyone, I have a cool story to tell. So this morning while getting ready to start my day, I was listening to my local AM news radio station. WHYN's morning show with Brad and Bo here in western MA. One of the hosts started to talk about the Micro Touch One commercial he saw and shaving in general. Unfortunately one of the other hosts kept poking fun and he dropped the subject. I immediately decided to shoot him an email trying to sway him against the micro touch and to look into getting a better starter razor. Well when they came back from break he read my email on the air and even mentioned the Badger and Blade link I had sent him. They then proceeded to talk about razors and classic wet shaving for the last hour of the show. Even had people calling in to talk about there razors and such. Needless to say it was an awesome start to my day.

Nice! I'm actually quite surprised how receptive people are to the topic if I have an appropriate moment to discuss shaving. The common denominators in people's willingness to converse about it are 1)the rip off of cartridge razor pricing and 2) the quality of a shave is either subpar or inconsistent for the average shaver.

I haven't seen any full episodes of there show posted anywhere. Only advertisements like this...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sRato4CBNf0. I will write to the program director and see if he can send me a copy of the full show in mp3 format so I can post it. I know they tend to talk about things from the day before a lot so I wouldn't be surprised if they continued the conversation tomorrow morning. You can listen at Iheart radio. The station is WHYN AM 560, the show starts at 5 am. Not that I expect anyone to be up that early or care too, I'm just throwing that out there.
