Your customer service and attention to detail is second to none!

You all provide excellent service and prices, the discount just sweetened the deal. I have been, and will remain, a customer (though I think that the handwritten notes in inks I don't own is insidious

I already have enough ink to last me to Doomsday, and then write the book. Thanks for keeping the coupon alive until now, and hopefully you will have one again in 2043, when I need some more ink. 
The value to me . . . from Goulet Pens has been great selection of product and speed and accuracy of delivery . . . and promotion of what is sold in a way that I can understand. I'm sure this decision was sweated out with trepidation . . . I liked the discount but . . heck if I'm paying the bucks in postage I do . . . I really don't worry about the discount. Just keep the value up.
Goulet, West Coast Shaving, Bullgoose, Whipped Dog, Tony Miller.... the vendors that I have bought from through my relationships on this forum have restored some of my faith that there actually ARE human beings left that care about something other than the bottom line.
Heck, I practically got into an argument with Goulet over an issue where they had shipped the wrong item and I insisted on "let's just call it even" rather than them issuing a paltry credit!
