ASB Suggestions?

I am currently running out of my ASB, Neutrogena Razor Defense.

Its awesome, love the consistency (not to running not to pasty), and the fact i can use it all over my face, not just the beard area. Plus its not an over powering scent, with contacts a strong scent makes my eyes irritated. and its priced right.

I was going to ask the forum for suggestions. Looking for something that can step in and try.

I do have some zirh soothe, but its runny and slimey.

I've heard great things about the Nivea ASB... they have an unscented version I believe.

If you don't mind a more classic smell, get the Aqua Velva classic Ice Blue balm. It's really moisturizing too.

Not a huge balm guy, but I own and enjoy a C.O. Bigelow aftershave balm.
It is refreshing, doesn't leave my skin oily, and I enjoy the scent (Elixir Blue for me please).

Saint Charles Shave makes excellent milks and balms. I prefer the milks myself because they are little ligther than balms.

Proraso makes a great balm if you want something commercial.

The C.O. Bigelow uncented ASB is excelent. A little thicker than the scented versions. Moisturizes very well and seems to also handle razor burn very well.

I like Nivea Extreme Comfort ASB.

Their one (think it's the Soothing Balm) in the white bottle is too milky for me and for some reason it irritates my skin.

Just another question, I looked at neutrogena razor defense and it says its oil free.
i like the idea of that, but also like something that is cooling with a light/no scent. I think a slight sandlewood scent would be very nice. i like to wear hugo boss colognes during the day.

prosaro maybe the one i go with though.

I agree with those touting the Nivea. I use the entire line and have great results. I would suggest trying all of them; I think you will be pleased.

+ on the collection of Nivea ASB's, good quality and readily available. I would also add Proraso Liquid Cream After Shave.

Looks like some great suggestions have been made.
I have used Nivea, which is a great ASB.
I personally prefer the Tabac ASB or C&E Sandalwood. You will probably not like C&E so much as that one is quite runny, Tabac is a bit thicker.

+1 for the Nivea ones. Although I've been using a *cough* fusion one for a bit, just trying to use it up, now that I know about better products ;)

All the Nivea ones are excellent, good looking bottles, well priced, and a good selection from unscented sensitive to a wonderful cool kick one.

I received Mama Bears peppermint summer milk AS a couple of weeks ago, and have used it about 4 times. It has some kick to it! At first I thought the smell would be annoying to others, but my wife says it fades pretty quick. I bought it because Nivea was making my face greasy by the end of a summer day. I'm pretty happy with the peppermint milk so far.
