Aristocrat brush

I found this beautiful brush at an old market today. It’s quite obviously unused and might have been part of a travel set? Does anyone have any info on this brush?
I also picked up another old Gillette tech, so it was a worthwhile visit.

Looks like a nice brush. Give it a spa and report back.

Here's one i recently got as a part of a razor lot fron the bay. It whipped up a nice lather for me this morning. Someone here mentioned that it's probably european made.
