Argentinian techs vs U.S. techs

A little help here guys. I found a tech from my birth quarter with the "Marcas Registradas" stamp on it. Are these any better or worse that the U.S. versions? I believe that they follow the same date codes correct? Any info would be appreciated.

Interesting fact I found that Smith and Wesson actually used this on some of their firearms and apparently it is Latin for registered trademark.

I've been curious about the Argentina connection as well. My Tech arrived this week with "Marcas Regs," but without the "Industria Argentina" that some have. There doesn't seem to be a clear consensus on whether they were just made in Argentina or intended for the South American market. Seems to me that they're pretty common in the US, so I assume Gillette was just taking advantage of cheaper labor.

I believe they do follow the same date codes and I haven't seen anybody claiming that they're better or worse than the US versions.

Gillette did have a plant in Argentina 1942, in 1943 they made another plant in Brazil, ( after the Auto Strop merger, Gillette took over the operations in Rio DE Janeiro and started making blades for the south American markets.)
