Aramis pure badger brush

I used the search and have found that this has been asked before but there was no replies but I scored one of these at a local antique mall yesterday and I was wondering if anyone knows who makes them, says on the brush that it is made in the UK but distributed by Aramis inc New York NY. I am reknotting it but here are some pics of the handle. It is a very nice resin?/plastic? handle.
