Are you sure it contains menthol?
Anyway, the only products I can recommend that are cheaper than Billy Jealousy are:
Gillette Series Aftershave Gel
Gillette Series Aftershave Lotion
$3.50 per 75mL at your local drugstore or grocery store. Even less expensive at Walmart.
