I put in an order at Gifts&Care two weeks ago. Their software got the VAT deduction wrong (they had just updated it), I mailed them and it was fixed in less than an hour. Everything went well.

It does look like a great site especially for certain products like Myrsol, La Toja, Vie Long Etc. They have every Myrsol after shave in both glass bottles and a larger plastic bottle at less than half for what they sell for in the US.
