Anyone use Talc?

Anyone else use Talc as a body powder after showering? I usually use Gold Bond but I recently picked up the Family Dollar Store version for about 2 bucks. It works really well. I like the menthol/cooling effect.

I have used Clubman as well, but I don't like the scent which conflicts with my AS of the day, etc. Unless I am using Clubman AS.

What other types of talc are people using?

I'm currently using Johnson's baby powder or Nivea I love the feel and the smell of both shame about the mess though

the Mr. Taylor and Eton College scents are really nice. They're masculine, cologne-like scents, but very subtle.

I didn't like their Sandalwood scent, though - it was too sweet, if that makes any sense.

I occasionally use Lanacane Medicated Body Powder, its cornstarch I think (100% talc free), with menthol and something else, good for yer itchy bits (if you have any)

I like balla powder unscented (check out the specs at drugstore.com), Trumper's, and on occasion Ammens Original Medicated. The first two are true talcs, the last is corn-starch based. The Trumper's has a nice scent, while the balla powder MUST be the unscented, since the scented version can kill puppies. I'm told that Harris Arlington has a nice, subtle scent, but haven't tried it myself yet.

Pinaud Clubman talc and asl together do it for me, although its reserved for those really, really hot days. Its a pleasant smell, but more important, it keeps me comfortable through a long, hot day at work. PCAS is the only asl that I like to splash on even without shaving. And I can rub it on my body as well for that clean, fresh feeling in between showers.

I like to use talc, but I usually forget to put it on. One problem I had for years is the actual application. I would spill some onto my hand and then rub it on all over ... and most of it wound up on the floor of my bathroom.

I was looking for a long time for a "powder puff" type applicator, but nobody carries that anymore. Finally, someone here suggested taking an old gym-sock, dumping some talc in there until the foot part is half-full, tie it off, and then use that as an applicator. Works Great! And very little powder goes anywhere other than where I want it to be.

I've got Pinaud Clubman, J&J Baby Powder, a generic talc with a hint of Lavender, and Gold Bond Ultimate (corn-starch based.) I'm looking to expand some more, but its not a high-priority.

I've used Clubman for a few years, but I think I'll try the Jeris version on my next purchase. I apply with one of my wife's old powder "dusters".

Imperial Leather talc.
Nice smell and cheap :001_tongu
Currently use a brush to apply, might have to give the sock a try as the brush seems to coat everything within a half mile radius white

I have the Jeris and Clubman and they smell alike to me. American International Industries makes both.

I use the Target version of Gold Bond. I kind of like the menthol. To me, talc is talc, so I get an economy version.

Definitely. Given the humidity of Houston there is no other way to dry off after a shower. J&J baby powder or anything 100% corn starch.

Sally's sells a neck duster that holds talc in the handle just push the button on the side and it dispenses. Works pretty well for about $7, They also have clubman for $4

really cleaned up the bathroom at my house

Johnson Baby powder except for summer when I pull out the Goldbond. I will have to try that dollar store brand I know my Dad likes it better than Goldbond.

I use the Clubman and apply after showering and just run a little water down the drain to clean up the mess.
