Hey gents. It's been a LOONG time since I posted in here. But I saw this on my local Craigslist and wondered if anyone knew what it was. The poster says it's a German razor, but I don't know if it's just the blade that it German. Thanks for your help!

It used to be a monthly occurrence here that someone would complain about the super mild shave they're getting, only to realize they has the plate on upside down.
