Anyone here make their own Root Beer?

I was enticed into buying what looks like a cheap make your own Root Beer kit on woot.com last night.

My dad used to homebrew and would occasionally do a batch of root beer for me... it tastes fantastic, and it beats anything you can buy from the store.
