A few weeks back, I contacted Edwin Jagger about the plating coming off of my DE89L, but they said they couldn't do anything because the pictures weren't high quality.
So, I took some better photos, and I've tried to send them several times, but my messages aren't getting through. With each one of them, I get a delivery failure notification. I've tried several of their contact addresses (the ones shown at edwinjagger.co.uk and edwinjagger.com), all with the same result.
Just in case anyone is wondering, I haven't contacted them repeatedly or anything--just the one time before sending better pictures. I'm not a spammer either, so I don't know why I'm apparently blocked.
