It's been a popular fragrance for years. I know many people that still wear this quite a bit, myself included.

Ah, I thought you meant Paul Smith (which I've tried)....unfortunately I've never tried the Paul Sebastian.
Haven't tried it either. My first thought was Polo Sport. 
I thought Pino Sylvestre...

I use it as my everyday cologne. I find it to be a nice frag to wear around the office and it lasts a good 8 hours or so. I buy the 8 oz bottles for 35 dollars at a local JR Cigar store. Nice scent at a nice price.

I really liked it when I first encountered PS about 15 years ago or so. It is a pleasant, but potent aroma that I find can easily become overpowering to others. I still wear it occasionally, but now it seems to have sort of a sharp, industrial edge to it.
I had asked others their thoughts, as I had read about it in Leisure Guy's shaving book, and Richmondesi was kind enough to send me some to try (thanks again, Paul!). I like it very much, and yes, it is very strong so you have to be careful and not overdo it. It has a nice vanilla-like scent, somewhat similar to Stetson.

. I really liked it, but my mom did too and got some for my dad... After that, my wife said, "No mas!"
I wore this scent in the late 80's. It was a great scent. I see it at TJ Maxx from time to time.
