I've tried searching about Blackman safety razors but can't seem to find anything. Apparently made in Germany. Have any of you ever seen/tried one?

I found this on a Finnish auction site. I asked the seller and he says it only reads "Germany" on the red cardboard box (the picture is too blurry to tell). So it seems the razor may not be a Blackman after all - just the blades. Using Google, I could only find Blackman blades anyway.
BTW, according to the seller, the razor was unused in the box. I find it odd though that there's supposedly no brandname on the box. Maybe I'll just ask for a few more pictures.

Knowing next to nothing about vintage open combs, were any of the Gillettes made in Germany? I'm wondering if the razor in the picture is actually a Gillette (NEW?).
I was told the razor bears no name of the manufacturer (I don't know if the Gilettes did or didn't).
