Any idea what this is worth?

Well I went to the auction last night, its a crappy auction with lots of junk. They have one here every weekend tons of furniture etc. Well just before me and my gf are about to leave I was like lets stay for a bit longer it was just getting good. So we stayed, then this Gillette item popped up. I knew what it was right away when I seen the words Gillette on it.

I'll admit I'm no razor expert either but I knew it was a razor display case. Anyway I wasnt going to bid on it, but my gf was like cha ching and raised her hand and the dude was like sold $3 and heres what I got.

Its kewl the glass is still intact, the wood is in nice shape for prob 50 years old, and the hinges just need to be cleaned up and screwed back down. Thinking of getting the hinges replated...

I think its quite cool, no idea what the heck I'm going to do with it. Thinking maybe I should buy some brand new blades and sell some in my store with it lol... I own a food shop lol...

$3 is a great price. Some folks here have been buying them on eBay. Sellers of them don't seem to make huge money on them though, as a good chunk of the total price goes for shipping.

+1 on the great deal! I would get one if I didn't have to pay shipping. And I saw one before in a vintage shop going for $70. It didn't look any better then yours.

I bought one 2 years ago or so for about 25 dollars, so your price is pretty good.
I took out the wood slats, lined it with deep blue felt and I put my straights in it.
