That actually looks like the case and blade case from a chromium NEW DeLuxe Criterion set (the chrome-plated version of the Gold set below), which would have been from not quite 20 years earlier than that '40s-style Super Speed (which looks to be a late '49 to mid '50 model from that inside shot of the head), give or take. Actually that case looks to be in fabulous condition and is quite a find in and of itself.

Did these Criterions ever come in a Bostonian style gold case?
The Criterion didn't, but the Belmont did.
(Same razor. It's the case that makes it a Belmont or a Criterion set.)

Those cases also look like the New Standard case except the wording is different
