I received this today from Istanbul. It has the British patent and a serial number of H000882.
These razors are thought to have been made up to 10 years prior to the US patented razors of 1918. Apart from the British patent they have the signature leading zeroes which on the US produced razors are blanks.
A Wiki has been set up to collect and correlate data on the E, F and H prefixed razors with British patents in an attempt to establish a timeline for them. It is here:
