Anodized aluminum VS 70% alcohol

Some folks like to spray or swirl their razors in rubbing alcohol after a shave.

Have any of you who do this see any detrimental effect to the finish of your anodized aluminum razors?

Don't have any anodized aluminum razors but, found this in the internet:
Surprisingly, anodizing is quite resistant to organic solvents. While alcohol or acetone will quickly remove ink from a permanent marker, for example, they will not damage or fade colored anodizing, and can be excellent for cleaning purposes.

Thank you for the link, looks like it should be safe.

Anodized coatings are really only sensitive to acids. Funny enough you can erode the anodized coating in a sauce pan by cooking brown rice over time but tomato sauce doesn’t affect it.

Thank you, I’ll keep using my Zamak razor to stir my rice:302:
