American Classic shampoo & conditioner (@Sally's)

I have nowhere near the post requirement to post in the review section, so this is more like a shout-out to a great haircare product. I have very dry skin, which shows up prominently during the winter months, but perseveres during the year. It even effects my eyebrows and, when I had a beard, the sides of my chin as well. I was reading up on some home care remedies as any over the counter shampoo:

A: didn't work
B: didn't take care of my hair/dried it out

During those searches, I saw a recommendation for American Classic mens shampoos at Sally's. Shampoo.... http://www.sallybeauty.com/Tea-Tree-Shampoo/SBS-892050,default,pd.html?cm_vc=SEARCH
Conditioner.... http://www.sallybeauty.com/Tea-Tree-Conditioner/SBS-892055,default,pd.html?cm_vc=CROSSSELL

These products contain tea tree oils, and after smelling the nice peppermint scent (peppermint oil inside too!), I took the products up to the counter. Around $11.00 out the door

After ONE shower, I noticed almost ZERO flaking, something Head and Shoulders, T-Gel etc., never did. Besides the much improved scalp condition, my hair never looked better. After two weeks as my only shampoo/conditioner there is virtually no flaking. A top notch product!

Thanks for the info; I have been to Sally's to look for shaving items but I have never tried any shampoo from there. I am fortunate enough to have low maintenance hair, but also really like mint scents for shampoo so I am going to look for this product. Your informal review has been much appreciated :thumbup1:

Great post and thanks! I also have super dry skin in the winter. Dandruff shampoo never does anything as my problem isn't dandruff but dry skin; those shampoos usually make it worse. I'll have to give this a try!
